WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE

We offer complimentary repairs and maintenance for the life of your piece. If you are local to our studio, schedule a reweld appointment through our online booking system and we will take care of the repair. For those outside the area, you can ship the item to us, and we will add a clasp and return it to you or work to help you find a local welder that can reweld your piece.

 

Please note that because we use real metals in our designs, tarnishing can sometimes occur due to factors such as moisture, body chemistry, environmental conditions, and water quality. Proper care can help minimize tarnishing and maintain the beauty of your piece. Should you experience any issues with tarnishing, your piece easily be cleaned by using Tarn-X.
